		Kathy Daly, Accountant
		Kathy Daly joined Hearthstone in 1996. She performs many of the company's important accounting functions. Kathy is responsible for billing, accounts payable, payroll and vendor relationships. Her experience and knowledge of Hearthstone and its residents is invaluable to the Home Office team. Kathy works very closely with the CFO to provide assistance to families who may have a financial issue or concern. She also spends her time training other employees on the financial policies and procedures of the company. Lisa Bugden , Director of Recreation Therapy
		Lisa's position as Hearthstone's Director of Recreation allows her to put more than 15 years of experience as a Recreation Therapist to use for the benefit of all Hearthstone's residents. Prior to her promotion to Director in 2006, Lisa held the positions of Program Director and Executive Director at Hearthstone in Woburn.  Her professional experience before joining the Hearthstone team includes recreation therapy at various rehabilitation hospitals, long term care and assisted living residences.  Lisa is a nationally certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and holds a bachelor of science in Therapeutic Recreation from the university of Southern Maine.
		Maggie Benagh, Associate Director of Operations
		Maggie Benagh joined Hearthstone in March of 1998 as the Office Manager. Prior to joining Hearthstone, Maggie provided administrative support to a variety of health and human services non-profits. In January of 1999, she assumed the role of Quality Specialist and joined Hearthstone’s Operations Team. In addition to her responsibilities as an Operations Team member, Maggie managed all aspects of human resources, to include: recruitment and retention; benefit administration; development and maintenance of policies; identifying training needs; etc. In April 2005, Maggie became Hearthstone's Associate Director of Operations. As such, she continues to manage the human resources for the organization and works closely with the Director of Operations. Maggie has a BS in Health Management, with a minor in Human Resources Management, from Northeastern University.
		Isaac Ndungu, IT Support Specialist
		Since 2001, Isaac Ndungu has been working as Hearthstone's IT Support Specialist. His work at Hearthstone includes building, upgrading and repairing computers, troubleshooting hardware, software and network connectivity problems, network user management, software and hardware installation, e-mail support on the exchange server, user license management, and purchasing of software and hardware.
