Melissa McCarthy, Community Outreach Coordinator, Massachusetts

Melissa has been working at Hearthstone since November 2005. She began her career as Office Manager at the Hearthstone home office.

In 2007, Melissa joined the Marketing Team. Working as the community liason in Massachusetts, she is responsible for marketing, outreach and public relations. She networks with professionals in the geriatric community and serves on many committees. She also volunteers regularly at events that support the Alzheimer's Association.

Melissa studied Psychology at Middlesex Community College and Business Management at Western New England College.

Cindy Suna, Community Outreach Coordinator, New York

Cindy joined our Hearthstone team in 2003. She is responsible for marketing, outreach and public relations for our residences in New York.

Prior to joining Hearthstone, Cindy served as a communications manager at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers and has held positions at The Lorber Group, a corporate philanthropy consulting firm, and Hill & Knowlton.

She has a master's degree in American History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an undergraduate degree from Amherst College, from which she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
