Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator at each Hearthstone residence supports the Executive Director, Nurses and Program Director. The OC organizes record-keeping systems, generates all correspondence relating to residents and families, and distributes monthly event announcements. The OC answers the phones and plays a key role in family and host relationships. The OC also processes the site's payroll and acts as the on-site benefits administrator.

Qualifications include good computer skills, pleasant personality, ability to work in an open office with many interruptions, and a desire to be a part of the management team.
