Bear Mountain Trailside Museum and Zoo

Take a stroll with us as we walk through some of Bear Mountain State Park 's 32 acres overlooking the scenic Hudson River . There we can walk along the nature trail, see the native wildlife and visit the four museum buildings. Afterwards we will grab a bite to eat at the annual Bear Mountain Oktoberfest as we take in the parks own beautiful fall foliage and scenery!

Songs From Our Yesterdays

Hop on the bus as we head to our “Songs From Our Yesterdays” class at Rockland Community College . Our professor will supply the words and music as he tinkles the keys on the vintage piano and we will sing, sing, sing! This is sure to be a guaranteed happy hour!

Roll out the barrel in the kitchen and get ready for lots of food, fun and music at Hearthstone's Oktoberfest! We will be having traditional German food for this festival along with dancing to live music by Jeff Grossman! Afterwards we will indulge in some German dessert… fresh baked Black Forest Cake!

Come to our living room for a furry fun time with Lori and her dog Arrow! It is always a pleasure when they come to visit and an hour filled with warm hugs and lots of love!

Live Exotic Animal Show

Come to our living room for an amazing animal experience. We will be having a live exotic animal show and will be able to have an upfront and personal experience! We can hold and pet a fennel fox, chinchilla, wallaby, African pygmy hedgehog and a kinkajou! We may even get to meet a green winged macaw and a female ball python! This is sure to be an exotic experience of a lifetime!
