DIRECTIONS
TO HEARTHSTONE AT CHOATE

FROM ROUTE 93
· Take 93 to exit 36 - Montvale Avenue.
· At the bottom of ramp, go towards Woburn (left if coming
93 North, right if coming 93 South).
· Follow Montvale Avenue through the intersection where Friendly's
Restaurant is on the left, continue straight past Goodyear School
on right, go over a small bridge and look for Montvale Tire on left.
Just before Montvale Tire, take a left onto Green Street.
· Follow Green Street to the end and take a left at a stop
sign onto Main Street.
· At first set of lights, take a right onto Warren Avenue.
· At the top of the hill on the left, you will see "New
Horizons". Park in the New Horizons lot and enter through the
front entrance and they will direct you to Hearthstone. We are located
on the second floor of the building.

FROM ROUTE 128/95
· Take Route 128 to exit 34 (Winn Street).
· At end of ramp take a right if coming from 128N, a left
if coming off 128S onto Winn Street towards Woburn.
· Follow Winn Street until it ends at a flashing red light
where you must take a right.
· After turning right stay straight, do not go around the
rotary. You will pass a Mobil gas station and the Woburn Public
Library on your right.
· At first set of traffic lights take a sharp left onto Warren
Avenue.
· At the crest of the hill, you will see "New Horizons"
on the right.
· Park in New Horizons lot and enter through main entrance,
ask for Hearthstone and they will direct you.
· Hearthstone is located on the second floor.
