Hearthstone in Hopkinton offers our Life Quality program for mid-stage dementia, as well as our Enhanced Life program for those who are further along in the course of the disease.

Located on one of wing the third floor of the building, Hearthstone residents have wonderful views of a large pond. The campus is wooded and, in addition to providing lovely views, provides a quiet restful place for frequent walks and garden activities.

Hopkinton, Massachusetts is due west of Boston, less than a mile from route 495, a major ring road, making this convenient to all families in Boston's western suburbs.

Opened in October of 1993, Hearthstone in Hopkinton was the first Assisted Living Residence in Massachusetts designed specifically for people with Alzheimer's and related disorders. In a grand opening ceremony held in February of 1994, then Lieutenant-Governor Paul Celluci presented a proclamation by Governor Weld and Secretary of Elder Affairs Frank Oliviere commending Hearthstone on this innovative service.
