Hearthstone at Heights Crossing is located on the beautiful campus of Heights Crossing in Brockton, right on the Stoughton line. It is easily accessible from Route 24.

In addition to dining and living rooms, the Hearthstone wing has a secure therapeutic garden immediately adjacent. A separate entrance gives this Hearthstone Program a truly independent feeling for family members and visitors. Visitors entering through the secure foyer pass the administrative offices and enter with a view of Hearthstone's signature dining room hearth.

At the end of a straight and easily understood walking path corridor is a large fireplace, two community living rooms and access to the therapeutic healing garden.

The Heights Crossing Assisted Living Community includes a theatre where Hearthstone Residents attend movies and other performances, as well as Assisted Living apartments and community rooms where the family members of several residents live.
