Hearthstone at Heights Crossing is located on the beautiful campus of Heights Crossing in Brockton, right on the Stoughton line. It is easily accessible from Route 24.
In addition to dining and living rooms, the Hearthstone wing has a secure therapeutic garden that is immediately adjacent to the residence. A separate entrance gives this Hearthstone Program a truly independent feeling for family members and visitors. Visitors entering through the secure foyer pass
the administrative offices and enter with a view of Hearthstone's signature dining room hearth.At the
end of a straight and easily understood walking path corridor is a large fireplace, two community
living rooms and access to the therapeutic healing garden.
The Heights Crossing Assisted Living Community includes a theatre where Hearthstone Residents
attend movies and other performances, as well as Assisted Living apartments and community rooms where the family members of several residents live.
Driving Directions
From the North (Wellesley Area)
Take Route 128/95 South to Rt. 93 North
• Take the exit for Rt. 24 South
• Take Exit 18A (Route 27 South)
• At the first light, take a right onto Christy's Drive (Westgate Mall will be on left and a big yellow building will be on right) then take a quick right onto Christy's Place.
Hearthstone is located in the big yellow building on your right. The entrance is on the far left.
From Boston-Route 93
Take Route 93 South towards Dedham.
• Take Route 24 South off of 93 towards Brockton.
• Take Exit 18A (Route 27 South).
• At the first light, take a right onto Christy's Drive (Westgate Mall will be on left and a big yellow building will be on right) then take a quick right onto Christy's Place.
