Kathy Daly, Accountant

Kathy joined Hearthstone in 1996. She performs many of the company's important accounting functions. Kathy is responsible for billing, accounts payable, payroll and vendor relationships. Her experience and knowledge of Hearthstone and its residents is invaluable to the Home Office team.
Kathy works very closely with the CFO to provide assistance to families who may have a financial issue or concerns. She also spends her time training other employees on the financial policies and procedures of the company.

Kerry Mills, Regional Director

Kerry graduated with a BA in International Marketing from Arizona State University and holds a Masters of Public Administration from Long Island University. She began her career at Hearthstone Alzheimer Care, New York City, as Program Director in 2004, managing interactive and engaging activity programs for people with dementia. Within a year, Kerry was promoted to Executive Director of a new Hearthstone residence in Palisades, NY. Next, she returned to Hearthstone's Manhattan residence as Executive Director and later was appointed Regional Director overseeing the management of the Manhattan, Palisades and White Plains residences. Kerry's underlying skill is her ability to motivate and empower both care workers and managers.
In this capacity, she does in-house workshops for Hearthstone residences and affiliates and has written a staff motivational manual.

 
Jami Weisenberger, Human Resources Specialist  
Jami, PHR, joined Hearthstone in May of 2008 as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Hearthstone, Jami worked as a human resources professional in various roles for healthcare, marketing, and the high tech industries. Jami's role at Hearthstone is to manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, benefit administration, coaching.
Joseph Deveau, Director of Operations
 

Joe graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Health Administration and is a licensed nursing home administrator. He has 27 years of experience working with the elderly and their families in skilled nursing and assisted living settings. He has worked for two prominent assisted living and skilled nursing companies in top leadership roles, including Marriott International. He oversaw a special care Alzheimer’s and dementia program during his tenure with Marriott. As Director of Operations for Hearthstone, he will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of all the Hearthstone residences in Massachusetts and New York. Joe joined Hearthstone in March 2010.

Mike Cokely, Technology Manager
 
Mike joined Hearthstone in February of 2010.  Prior to working at Hearthstone, Mike was a Wireless Network Engineer for a government contractor and an Information Technology Manager for a software firm.  He has 10 years of information technology expertise, working in a variety of environments.  Mike’s role at Hearthstone is to provide information technology consultation, end-user support, and strategic planning.
