Hearthstone at New Horizons comprises an entire wing of an exceptionally well-run retirement community, with its own separate and welcoming entrance. With two residential floors above, the
ground floor of Hearthstone includes a large living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace and residential kitchen, and small activity rooms, all adjacent to a specially designed and well-maintained therapeutic garden.

Each residential floor includes a breakfast kitchen with a hearth and a living room. Each resident has
his or her own studio apartment or companion suite. Residents are involved throughout the day in stimulating activities, and outings may include picnics, library visits, concerts, and museums.

And our research-based, quarter-acre therapeutic garden is available to residents for strolls or gardening throughout the day. This community is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood within the New Horizons Assisted Living Community, a distinguished residence with high-quality environment and service.

Driving Directions

From Route 495
Take Route 128 to exit 26 (Route 20 West) towards Wayland.
• Follow Route 20 West about 10 miles through Weston, Wayland and Sudbury.
• Bear right at the fork onto Wayside Inn Road, which is clearly marked.
• Follow for 1 mile past Wayside Inn and the old gristmill, and then turn right onto Sudbury St.
• Follow Sudbury Street for about a mile (very winding road) and turn left onto Hemenway Street
  at the large red barn.
• Follow for about a half mile and New Horizons will be on the right.

From Boston-Route 93
Take the route 20 East Marlborough exit, Follow route 20 approximately 5-6 miles,
• After passing a Burger King on your left and the Marlborough 1-2-3 Cinema on your right,
   take a left at the next set of lights: Wilson Street,
• Follow Wilson Street to the end of the road, Take a right onto Hemenway Street, ¼ mile on your left
  is New Horizons. Take the left into New Horizons.

Hearthstone's entrance is at the right of the building down a few steps.
