Hearthstone at the Esplanade, White Plains is located within walking distance of restaurants and elegant shops in this suburb, just 30 minutes north of New York City. On the fifth floor, the Hearthstone Residence includes a dining room and kitchen/hearth from which residents can walk onto the totally secure rooftop healing garden.
The garden was constructed with the support of donations and help from Hearthstone friends and family members.In addition there are a lovely living room and a crafts room where activities take place throughout the day. The Hearthstone Residence in White Plains features our Enhanced Life Program for those with advanced dementia, as well as the award-winning Life Quality Program for those with mild to moderate cognitive impairment.
Hearthstone's host, The Esplanade in White Plains, provides Assisted Living apartments
with services for frail elders, community rooms where films and musical events are performed,
a large and elegant dining room and rooftop gardens.

From the South West
From the George Washington Bridge, follow signs for the Henry Hudson Parkway North.
• Take the Henry Hudson Parkway North to the Cross County Parkway East.
• At exit 9, stay to the left and merge onto the Hutchinson River Parkway North.
• Follow the Hutchinson River Parkway to exit 23N - Mamaroneck Avenue.
• Turn right onto Mamaroneck Avenue and follow it into White Plains.
• Stay right onto Bloomingdale Road.
• Turn left onto Maple Avenue.
• Turn right onto South Broadway.
The Esplanade will be on the left in front of you. The Westchester Pavilion Mall will be on your right. Parking is available on Lyon Place, which is the first left turn off of South Broadway.
From the South East
Take the New England Thruway North to exit 18B - Mamaroneck Avenue. Turn right off the exit.
• Follow Mamaroneck Avenue into White Plains.
• Stay right onto Bloomingdale Road.
• Turn left onto Maple Avenue.
• Turn right onto South Broadway.
The Esplanade will be on the left in front of you. The Westchester Pavilion Mall will be on your right. Parking is available on Lyon Place, which is the first left turn off of South Broadway
From Northern Westchester
Take 684 South to I-287, the Cross Westchester Expressway, toward White Plains.
• Follow the Cross Westchester Expressway to Exit 8E.
• Follow signs for the Westchester Mall.
• Turn left onto Bloomingdale Road.
• Turn right onto Maple Avenue.
• Turn right onto South Broadway.
